Review:
In this episode, we see the love-triangle of Yamada, Mayama and Rika. Yes, Rika is back again :p.
The episode starts off with Mayama and his colleagues being unable to stand the morning light. Miwako-san then enters, statified with a maasage treatment she recieved and offering the guys discount tickets at a massage parlor.
Following that, Miwako-san talked about the pottery Mayama and his colleagues, Nomiya and Yamazaki, they made few days back [Refer to Eps 14]. Mayama then says he wasn't in the groove that day, so his one wasn't as good as the rest. Miwako-san then questioned his relationship with Yamada. Mayama tries to change the subject by saying Yamada is more like a precious friend. Nomiya then cuts in by asking Mayama about Rika. Mayama again tries to avoid the subject. Nomiya continues that Mayama doesn't want to let go of Yamada because "I'll take the unspoiled Yamada-san if Rika-san doesn't work out." This gets Mayama really fired up and he says "No". Noyima sees this opportunity and tries for Yamada, but Mayama gets in the way. They head over to Yamada's workshop.
Over at the workshop, Nomiya sees Yamada and Mayama being really close. Miwako-san then calls up as they were leaving the workshop that there was some problems with Mayama's model. Noyima then drops Mayama at the station and then realised he left his lighter at the workshop. He heads back where he finds Yamada wearing Mayama's coat [Mayama left it there by accident]. Yamada realised that Noyima is watching and freezes. Noyima nonchanlanty walked in and took his lighter and asked Yamada out for dinner [Soba]. Yamada refuses at first, then reluctantly accepts as Noyima wants to talk about some future jobs. Yamada then falls asleep during the trip.
The next day, Nomiya gives Miwako-san Soba as a souvenir. Miwako asked why and the cat is out of the bag. Mayama found out that Yamada was out with Nomiya the previous night and rushes back to the university. Mayama scolds Yamada for doing such a foolish thing, going out with a stranger. Yamada tries to defend herself by explaining that Noyami wants to discuss about future jobs. Mayama gets real angry and starts shouting at defendless Yamada. Yamada then, not being able to take it, whacks Mayama on the head using the heels of her boots.
When Mayama recovers, Hanamoto-sensei (a.k.a Shuu-chan) said that Rika mentioned she saw Mayama a while ago. Mayama then realised she was indeed there at Hibiya park by the fountain.
On his way to somewhere, Mayama recieves a phonecall from Asai-san, one of Rika's colleagues(assistant?) calls up. He was hospitalised as he fainted while walking. He also mentioned that Rika is at the hospital. Mayama then rushes to search for her, and stopped her by the elevator. They then talked about Asai-san and Mayama asked if he could work at Harada designs again. Rika speaks about Fujiwara designs having swift and hardworking people. Rika also mentioned about Asai-san always helping her and wants to take care of him now.
Mayama then sends Rika home. Instead, he drives in the wrong way, wanting to spend some time with Rika. Mayama ends off with "Taking advantage of her immobility... My selfish self takes the wheel. The wiper stires up my heart... And repeats its dull sound. And so... Amidst the orange lights, I was slowly sliding down the large spiral of Daikoku Pier."

I realised that Honey & Clover uses poetry either to start off or to end. And there are lot of insert songs used.
